I help moms strengthen their bodies, calm their nervous systems, and reconnect to themselves through functional fitness, breath-led movement, and holistic wellness coaching.
As a certified personal trainer and pre/postnatal corrective exercise specialist, yoga practitioner, and MBA graduate, I bring both expertise and heart to my work. I’m also a mom who’s been through the trenches — from juggling three jobs and a difficult custody battle as a single parent, to finding my center through mindfulness and movement.
I know firsthand how overwhelming motherhood can feel, and how easy it is to lose yourself in the chaos. My approach is gentle but effective, designed to support real-life moms who want to reclaim their physical health, confidence, and joy.
